Again in 2024, Groth, Makarenko, Kaiser & Eidex was proud to serve as as a Gold Level Sponsor for the 33rd Annual Atlanta Senior Invitational which was hosted by Cherokee Town & Country Club. The Atlanta Senior Invitational is one of the great men’s senior Tennis events in the United States.
This tournament is a USTA Level 2 National Senior event, along with being given a distinction by the ITF as a Masters Tour 700 event. The host was Cherokee Town & Country Club, but play also took place at Ansley Golf Club, Capital City Club, Sandy Springs Tennis Center & Bitsy Grant Tennis Center.
The ASI named the Georgia Tennis Foundation as the official charity of the tournament. The Georgia Tennis Foundation has named two
scholarship funds named after longtime ASI Committee members Richard “Dick” Bowers and Manny Guillen.
This year’s event drew player turnout from 26 states and 6 foreign countries. In addition, the winner of the 45s singles was awarded the Groth, Makarenko, Kaiser & Eidex cup.
