Among the results highlighted by CLM Magazine was a complete defense verdict obtained by Partner Kevin James in the State Court of DeKalb County, Georgia. The lawsuit arose from a four-vehicle motor vehicle collision and was prosecuted by America’s Largest Injury Firm. During closing arguments, the plaintiff requested an award exceeding $8 million. After deliberating for approximately 45 minutes, the jury returned a verdict for the defense and awarded the plaintiff $0.
The article also recognized Kaiser’s successful motion for summary judgment in a premises liability lawsuit in the State Court of Bibb County, Georgia.
