GMKE is pleased to announce that Terence Williams joined the firm as Chief Operating Officer, based in the Atlanta area headquarters. He most recently served as Global Head of Pricing, Legal Project Management, and Reporting at the international law firm of Hogan Lovells. Prior to that he gained in-depth knowledge of claims and litigation management while advancing through increasingly senior staff counsel and leadership roles at Progressive Insurance and AIG.
In his role as Chief Operating Officer, Terry will be responsible for daily operations and strategic growth as well as oversight of finance, support teams, real estate, and technology.
Over the course of his career, Terry has been open to taking on new challenges that have given him a wide range of skills in high volume insurance claims litigation, panel counsel management, alternative dispute resolution, pricing strategies, data reporting and analytics, client relations, and team development.

Terry holds a J.D. from Emory University School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from McGill University. He is licensed to practice law in Georgia (1991) and New York (2008).
