Kyle Parker, Esq.

Kyle was born in Atlanta, Georgia, and earned a Bachelor’s in Finance from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business in 2003, graduating cum laude. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphrey’s School of Law in 2007. While attending law school, Kyle was a member of the University of Georgia Honors Program, National Society of Collegiate Scholars, Golden Key International Honor Society, Delta Iota Honor Society, and Delta Sigma Pi Professional Business Fraternity.

Prior to joining GMKE, Kyle gained valuable experience handling countless cases from start to finish resulting in dismissal of clients, summary judgment victories, and favorable settlement agreements. In 2013, he was a YLD Leadership Academy Participant. Kyle joined GMKE as an associate attorney in November of 2025.

Kyle lives in Brookhaven with his wife Stephanie, their three children, and their white labrador retriever Murphy. He enjoys following all the Atlanta sports teams – Braves, Hawks, and Falcons. As a UGA graduate, he is an avid fan of all UGA sports. He also enjoys coaching his son Rivers in baseball and basketball.
