John Fuchs, Esq.

John grew up in the greater New York area before eventually landing in Knoxville, Tennessee. He received a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Supply Chain Management from the University of Tennessee – Knoxville. He went on to earn a Juris Doctorate from the Lincoln Memorial University Duncan School of Law.

Prior to obtaining his license to practice law, John served in the United States Army as an Infantryman. He also briefly worked for an insurance defense firm in Knoxville. He interned with the Anderson County District Attorney’s office and with a personal injury firm in Knoxville.

John joined GMKE in May of 2026 as an associate out of the firm’s Nashville, Tennessee office. He is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, Knoxville Bar Association, and Chattanooga Bar Association.

John resides in Knoxville, Tennessee. In his spare time, he enjoys doing triathlons, participating in full and half distance Ironman races, spending time with family, being outdoors, and playing and watching hockey, especially his favorite team, the New York Rangers.
