About Donna
Donna was born in Michigan but raised in South Carolina, where she studied at the University of South Carolina and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Criminology. Donna continued her education at the Mercer University School of Law, earning her Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, in 2021. During her time in law school Donna received multiple academic awards, including the CALI award in Advanced Litigation Drafting and Advanced Trial Advocacy. She also served as the social and recruitment chair for Phi Delta Phi and was inducted into the Brainerd Currie Honor Society.
Prior to joining Groth, Makarenko, Kaiser & Eidex, Donna served as the staff attorney to Superior Court Judge John M. Ott of the Alcovy Judicial Circuit. Her practice at GMKE focuses primarily on automobile, premises, and general liability claims. She is a member of the Tort & Insurance Section of the State Bar of Georgia, the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association and CLM
Donna and her husband reside in Lawrenceville, Georgia.
