About Bailey
Bailey attended Kennesaw State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. Bailey continued her education at Mercer University School of Law, earning her Juris Doctorate in 2023. Bailey was a member of Phi Delta Phi Honor Society and received multiple academic awards including the CALI award in Advanced Legal Research and Disability Law.
Bailey originally joined Groth, Makarenko, Kaiser & Eidex as a Law Clerk during her 3L year. Bailey is licensed in the State and Superior Courts in Georgia and her practice focuses on automobile and premises liability cases. She is member of the Tort and Insurance Section of the Georgia Bar, the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association and CLM.
Bailey resides in Gainesville, Georgia.
