About Amanda
Amanda completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in 2007 at Western Kentucky University, double majoring in Psychology and Political Science. She then continued her studies by enrolling in the University of Tennessee Professionals Program to earn a paralegal certificate in 2008. After working at a Knoxville Law firm in that capacity, Amanda decided to go to law school obtaining her Juris Masters in 2014 as well as her Juris Doctor in 2014. She began her official legal career as staff counsel for one of the largest insurance companies in the country. In this role she furthered her litigation experience including handling first-chair jury trials.
Amanda joined Groth, Makarenko, Kaiser & Eidex in May of 2023 as Of Counsel spearheading the firm’s expansion to Nashville, Tennessee. In 2024, she became a Partner at the firm. She is admitted to practice before all state courts in Georgia and Tennessee, the Georgia Court of Appeals, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Georgia, the United States District Courts for the Middle District of Tennessee and the 6th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals.
As a Partner at the firm, she handles automobile and premises liability cases as well as insurance coverage matters throughout Tennessee and North Georgia. She currently resides in Goodlettsville, TN and manages the firm’s Nashville Office.
