About GINA
Gina earned a Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business in 2016. She went on to earn a Juris Doctorate from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2020. While in her third year of law school, she began her career in prosecution as an Assistant Solicitor in Hall County, successfully balancing a full trial caseload with the demands of full-time legals studies.
Prior to joining GMKE, Gina served as Chief Assistant Solicitor General in Barrow County for 3.5 years, gaining valuable courtroom, motions, and trial experience. She also worked served as a Senior Assistant Solicitor in Athens-Clarke County, focusing on the prosecution of DUI and other traffic-related misdemeanor offenses. Gina joined GMKE as an associate attorney in April of 2026.
Gina resides in Braselton with her husband and their beloved toothless shelter cat, Ron. Outside of the office, she spends her free time cheering on the Dawgs and has missed only one home football game since childhood. During the warmer months, she spends as much time as possible on the lake making memories with her family.
