About THOMAS
Thomas earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Georgia in 2021. He went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law in 2025 where he was named to the Dean’s List and was an active member of the Corporate Counsel Society. While attending law school, Thomas externed with Blue Bird Corporation, a leading school bus manufacturer headquartered in Georgia, where he conducted extensive legal research and assisted in-house counsel.
Thomas clerked for Judge Eric Dunaway in the Superior Court of Fulton County in 2023, gaining valuable insight into judicial decision-making and courtroom practice. Thomas first joined GMKE in 2024 as a clerk where he worked alongside multiple attorneys and developed a strong interest in litigation and insurance defense. This experience provided him with the foundation and perspective that led him to join GMKE as an attorney, swearing in as a member of the State Bar in October of 2025.
Thomas resides in Atlanta, and outside of his practice, he enjoys spending his free time watching football.
