About SAIF
Saif earned a Bachelors degree in Political Science focusing on International Affairs from the University of Georgia in 2019. While attending the University of Georgia he was a member of the applied politics program, and he interned on a U.S. Senate Campaign as a fundraiser and event organizer. He then earned a Juris Doctorate from the Emory University Law School in 2024.
While attending law school, Saif worked at the Gwinnett Legal Aid Society where he helped indigent clients face evictions and parents retrieve child support payments. He then went on to work at the Law Office of Steven Berne where he practiced state and federal criminal defense at the trial level. He defended a wide variety of cases from DUI to immigration fraud. He was also a member of Street Law which involved teaching basic legal concepts to students in Atlanta area schools. Saif joined Groth, Makarenko, Kaiser & Eidex in April of 2025 as an associate attorney.
Saif lives in Duluth, Georgia with his two cats. He enjoys watercolor painting, tennis, and casually reviewing movies.
