About Marc
Marc was born in California and earned his Bachelors degree from the University of California at Berkley. He then traveled to Ohio where he obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton.
Marc is a licensed Attorney in the State of Georgia and is a member of and has practiced in all Georgia Courts of Record including the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Georgia, and the Federal Courts of Georgia, 11 th Judicial Circuit. Has been practicing law in the State of Georgia for 29 years focusing solely on Civil Litigation. He has been both a Defense Attorney and a Plaintiff’s Attorney over those years of practice and has defended and pursued all manner of personal injury claims, including claims against Trucking Companies, Municipalities, Counties, and Sheriff’s offices. He also has considerable experience with Slip and Fall claims, Dog Bite claims, and Personal Auto claims. While personal injury is now his primary focus, his past practice of law includes Workers Compensation, Domestic, Bankruptcy, 1983 Civil rights, and Transactional Litigation.
Marc joined Groth, Makarenko, Kaiser & Eidex as an associate attorney in October of 2024.
Marc has resided in the Northern Metro Atlanta area for 30 years with his family and three children, all born and raised in Georgia. Still a loyal Cal Bears fan, he has recently adopted the Georgia Bulldogs as his college football team of choice – Go Dawgs!
