Arjun Nair, Esq.

Arjun completed his undergraduate studies in philosophy at the University of Georgia. He went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from Georgia State University College of Law in 2013. Arjun gained valuable trial experience in Georgia courtrooms as a public defender and defending a case in the investigation and pre-trial stages. He has extensive experience for the Plaintiff and Defense in the areas of auto and premises liability. Arjun provides excellent representation for his clients applying his knowledge of Georgia law and background and training in these various fields.

Arjun joined Groth, Makarenko, Kaiser & Eidex in February 2024. His practice focuses on auto, premises and general liability defense, insurance coverage opinions and coverage litigation. He is admitted to all State Courts in Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals and Supreme Court. Arjun is a member of the South Asian Bar Association and the Tort and Insurance and Professional Liability Sections of the Georgia Bar. He is also licensed to practice in Florida.

Arjun resides with his family in Rome, Georgia. He enjoys travelling, movies, going to Disney World and rooting for the Atlanta Hawks.
